Community Development Centre

Bright Future Community Development Centre is a youth community development organization that is legally registered in South African Social Development with NPO registration number 228-636. it was established in 2015 to respond to the variety of social challenges that the youth, women and people living with disabilities who are mostly from the underdeveloped communities are experiencing, with the aim of implementing innovative strategies that will create sustainable livelihood for them, empowers them to be self-independent and act as responsible citizens within their communities.

HELPING OUR YOUTH IS WHAT WE LOVE

Bright Future Community Development Centre has realized that the rapid pace of technological advancements is transforming to the labor market and designed the Poverty2Jobs model to offer innovation in terms of employability and enterprise while offering access to digital learning experience, via the Online Skills2Sucess tool, Work based learning and collection of digital assignments. To contribute to the improvement of youth, women and people living with disabilities through advocacy of vocational skills development training, educational program and job placement, to ensure their sustainable livelihood.

To become one of the South African’s foremost community youth development organization that strives to implement innovative strategies that will create and place youth into better opportunities.

Why we exist in our Community in South Africa communities

There is nothing painful to spend your parent’s last savings to get better education in high learning institutions and remain unemployment for more than 3 to 6 years. Unemployment in South Africa is one of the biggest problems that continues to young people to realize their fullest potential. If left unconsidered, it will continue impacting the next generation, particularly young people who are mostly blacks. In the third quarter of 2016 it was found to be at 48, 6%.

Bright Future Community development Centre do not just train youth and gives them certificates, but prepares them for a working world through theoretical and practical vocational trainings and strive to place them into jobs opportunities in partnership with different spheres of stakeholders.
